I have been receiving a $9.95 charge to my credit card monthly ever since I purchased three miracle scrapers from this company last year November December 2018. I have telephone the company and it appears they are not answering the phone as there is a recorded message that I cannot reach the customer.

I have also texted the company repeatedly and have not heard a reply. I want these charges stopped, and a refund for the months of January through August 2019.

Like the others who’ve commented, I too noticed the debit every month. Just now I went to their FB page and messaged them a calm but firm message.

We’ll see what happens. I will go further if needed.

When you buy this product, they automatically sign you up for some recurring monthly subscription to some VIP auto membership that you don't sign up for. Unless you catch on your cc statement right away, you will be charged forever.

I called their customer support and they basically said that they sent an email signing me up and that if I didn't cancel, it's my fault.

I asked for proof that I signed up but they wouldn't give it to me. Calling my cc now to have them reversed.

He only wanted to refund 2 months, not 8. Then he hung up on me.

He said I signed up for a VIP membership with an auto place.

Um...no. I just wanted the scrapers!

Never received my miracle broom , I want my money back or my order

Got this for husband at Christmas time, and have been paying for it ever since!!!! Not going to anymore.....what a scam!!

I purchased miracle scrapers in December 2018. In May, I noticed a credit card charge for $9.95.

I contacted them, and was assured that my Roadside Assistance Membership (I never signed up for it, and do not have any information about it, like what number to call) was cancelled, and I would not incur any further charges. Well, there it was on June 6th, and July 6th. I can only assume that there will be one on August 6th.

Mastercard says that if I get a new card number, they will still be able to charge to that number. This company is a fraud, and their scrapers don't work, to boot.

I purchased the Miracle Scraper as a christmas present for 2018. the charge was in the amount of $39.92.

The product is fine, however, since that time and on a monthly basis since January 2019 I have been charged in the amount of $9.95 for some kind of subscription?????

I never authorized or agreed to any subscription. I am requesting a refund in the amount of $79.60 for the 8 months these charges have been made to my account

I bought 2 miracle scrapers last year for my cars. I have been charged $9.95 each month since then for a membership that I never signed up for. This is a scam and someone need to shut this company down.

I ordered miracle scrapers in November of 2018. I have been charged a monthly fee every month for something that I was not notified about.

As I have tried to contact customer service through every phone number and email address on the internet l, somehow none of them go through. The phone call puts you on hold for about 15 minutes and then cuts you off.

Emails have been returned and/or not responded to. I am completely disgusted with this company and want my money back for all of the monthly fees

I just noticed I am being charged 9.95 every month on the 12 th for what I don’t know this is fraudulent I didn’t order any additional scraper received one last winter not to be charged monthly forever and the thing didn’t work anyway
