Watch your checking account
They charged me for the product and starting charging me every month after
Stay away from this company. They have been charging me $9.95 a month for a year for a "program" that I never agreed to enroll in. They say they will cancel it but they don't and no refund either.
Like others who have complained here I purchased 4 scrapers last year for Christmas gifts. Immediately I realized something suspicious when I got a confirmation about a VIP program they say came with the purchase.
I contacted them and said I didn't want to be part of it.
They said they would cancel but they didn't and now, 12 months later still being charged $9.95 a month. So tired of these facebook ads that direct me to rip off companies.

Did not really notice until March credit card bill but I was charged $9+ for Jan , Fry, March. Thought January could have been a late charge for th 2 I ordered as gifts.
When I called they said I had not read the terms and conditions. (Who does). They stopped the charges but would not refund. Now Iowa is getting full refunds, WHY NOT Illinois.
I want my refund!! No longer have the credit cardI used then so call me oe send refund in the mail.

It went 4 months before I noticed, called them and was told I had not read the terms and conditions (for scrappers). I looked back and on the bottom of the page it said terms. I never would have read it. Told they could not do anything about it.
Told them to cancel Immediately.
Today Dec 27,2019. I received a phone call from Miracle Scrapper with a nasty male voice. Every time he said the name of the company it was way louder and in a vibrating tone that latterly wanted to break your ear drum. I asked him to stop that and he said he had to say it that way and he said I should not swear at him.
I replied I’m a nurse and crap is not a swear word. He kept doing this and we never got to discuss the adding illegally to my credit card. He said well you got scrappers every month, which I did not then he said you got 2for Christmas, which I did not. He then realized I had ordered for last year and said I would get,ore for next Christmas.
Mean while the awful noise kept going on u til I hung up.
THIS IS HOW THIS COMPANY DOES BUSINESS! Unbelievable

I still have not received my order
I never got a confirmation number I ordered to that was suppose to be shipped to CO. And 3 that were to be shipped to me last month I have received nothing.

I have been charged for 8 months after I originally purchased the ice scrapers. The customer service number is not valid and now I have emailed the company.

On November 13, 2018 online I purchased two miracle scrappers for Christmas presents.
Charged that day on my American Express Card. Billed for $44.94.
Then billed $9.95 each month there after 12/18, 1/15, 2/14, 3/14, for what??? Told it was a auto membership that I never agreed too!
I have to dispute this each month with American Express and they put two blocks on the company.
Cancelled in December but received no confirmation #.
Cancelled again in March received confirmation #.
What a scam company this is, do yourself a favorite and DON"T purchase anything from them!

I was just contacted by the federal trade commission who has opened up investigation into this company. They were forwarded my complaint from the Better Business Bureau.
I verified the investigation was true as I was able to connect with the investigator through her official government email address and she replied. Her exact quote was that “this has gotten the attention of several people in the agency “

Many complaints about this product. I suspect when you ordered you failed to see something about an auto monthly charge for something.
Gotta read carefully prior to hitting that order button. You can stop the recurring charge by talking to your card issuer who can cancel your card and issue a new one to stop the charges.
