You must be related to that Rip Van Winkle guy, you know the one who slept for a length of time only to wake up and not know what in the world is going on or what you missed. In your case, you apparently missed noticing the same charge every month for a long time.

Pays to verify your charges at least monthly for accuracy. This is how we learn.

rep claimed an email was sent stating that I was enrolled in a membership @ $9.95 per month. For what I have no idea.

As a "courtesy" he is going to cancel my membership and reimburse me for the months of July and August after I said that I was going to dispute the charges through my bank, which I am still going to still do for all of the previous months. I suggest you do the same if you missed the ghost email that was sent congratulating on your membership to Miracle Scraper (wth?!)

Never Received the items for xmas

Been trying to call no answer but didn't receive these items and didn't order them. Been billed 9.95 since Dec 2018 till now ...trying to find out whats going on!

In December 2018, I purchased 4 Miracle Scrapers, and the cost of $61.34 was charged to my VISA. Since then, each month, there has been an additional charge of $13.94 to same account.

I did not authorize these additional charges and would ask that the company refund this - total of $97.58 to my VISA account. Thank you.

Unauthorized recurring charges!

I made an initial purchase in December of 2018 for friends and family as well as myself. Everyone was pleased with the product. I have been away on military service only to come back and find out that I have been continuously charged on a monthly basis since then.

I NEED THIS TO STOP AS WELL AS A FULL REIMBURSEMENT.

If anyone has a solution please let me know.

Unauthorized payments

Ordered miracle scrapers 11/30/18 as gifts, purchase price came through the bank on 12/03/18, received one email from the company letting me know that the item had shipped on 12/13/18, then on 01/02/19 they started charging my account 9.95 and has done so each month since then. So that is 5 months at 9.95 total of 49.75 of charges we did not authorize.

Called the company and was hung up on twice. They refuse to give a refund and said that we verbally agreed to a membership to something we have no idea what???? Never received any information about any membership. I even went through all of my emails and spam...NOTHING!!

Just the email confirming shipping. The customer service rep was very rude and unprofessional. We have been in contact with the fraud department at our bank, I have posted to their Facebook account and have filed a claim with the BBB. Which they have a F grade with them and over 686 complaints.

This shady company needs to be shut down and forced to return money that they took without consent. I am not finished with this and I will not stop until I do everything in my power legally to get a refund.

Ordered mine 12/09/2018, but for work. Ran into the EXACT same snafu as you described. Lesson learned...don't use Facebook ads as a credible means of doing business online.

Reoccurring charges

I purchased 4 scrappers in Dec 2018. I had 9.95 caharges for the next 8 months.

Called and complained. The reoccurring charges have stopped but the 79.94 refund has not showed up.

My conformation number is 0816194. The phone number listed is not in service.

Seems there was tiny print on their confirmation email about this Membership thing and no one saw it.

What a rip! Ive been promised cancellation and reimbursement, but im not holding my breath.

My husband and I both called the company and was finally able to reach a customer service agent. And we were both told that when we ordered that we received an email to cancel membership within 30 days.

Our question was... membership to what? The only email we received was a notice that our order was shipped. That was it!!

No mention of a membership or cancelling anything. The agent said that there would be no refund given. And hung up on both of us during our calls. Very rude and very unprofessional.

I have put in a claim with the BBB and contacted our banks fraud department and have posted a review on their Facebook page. This company needs to refund the money that they have stolen. There are 686 complaints on the BBB website against the company. This has happened to numerous people.

Shameful!!! Be safe, shop Amazon only!!!

I never even got an email that my order shipped, let alone any notification of being charged $9.95/month. I've called for six months in a row - never get anyone, just an ongoing message to "wait for the next available customer service rep". End up leaving a voicemail and have never received a call back.

Paid in full for my scraper in December 12, 2018 and since then I am being charges $9.95 a month for the last 8 months.

I ordered the scraper on Dec. 12, 2018 and was charged $24.92 on my credit card.

Since January I have been getting for $9.95 a month for what I have no idea. I have tried to call and calls don't go through.

If I do not see a credit for the $79.60 I will be reporting you to the better business bureau. I will never deal with you again and from what I have seen I am not the only one with the same complaint.

NEVER and I mean, NEVER, in my adult life have I dealt with such a horrible company representative.

I ordered two “miracle scrapers” in November or December of 2018 – I no longer have the credit card statements for those months but I know it was one of them. First may I say – they are totally useless!! It wouldn’t even remove light frost from my windshield. But that I take as buyer beware, so I did not attempt to return them.

HOWEVER, when a $9.95 charge for Miracle Scraper showed up for 4 months on my credit card bill I called the number provided, 877-681-****, the person who answered was gracious and explained that it was a monthly membership. When I explained I had NO INTEREST in, nor signed up for, a monthly membership they assured me that it would be cancelled and I would be refunded the money.

When my May credit card statement arrived, again I was charged $9.95 on April 13 and given three credits on May 3 of $9.95 each. It appears that I was charged and refunded the April amount on the same bill – WHICH means I am still due another $9.95 credit as I have now been charged for 4 months in addition to the original payment and only refunded for 3.

When I called the same number again on Saturday, March 18 around 2:30-3:00 pm, I had to call at least 4 times to get someone to answer – I could hear voices in the background, but no one would speak into the phone. Finally when someone did it was a lady who was VERY hard to understand. She asked for my phone number and zip code then responded that there are no records for me and to call my bank – before I could respond she hung up. I tried calling back for 10 minutes but no one ever talked on the phone (again I could hear talking in the background).

I waited a couple of hours and tried again – got the exact same lady. This is now around 5:00 pm on March 18. This time when asked how she could help I very nicely told her I needed to speak to a supervisor – her response? “How can I help” AGAIN, I would like to talk to a supervisor. Again, “how can I help?” I told her I need to speak to a supervisor because you hung up on me the first time and I need someone to rectify this situation. Again, How can I help you?; but then she added “GO TO HELL!” I asked her, what did you just say to me? and her response was I asked how I can help you; what is your phone number and name? I gave her the info AGAIN and told her DO NOT HANG UP ON ME and get this charge OFF MY BILL. She rudely – and I mean RUDELY- told me the account was cancelled on May 2, the refunds were placed on May 3. I asked then why is there another charge on April 13 – she responded that it was charged on 4/13 and then later refunded on 5/3 when I cancelled the account. I told her that if this charge showed up again I would be calling back. I asked her for her name and of course she refused to give it to me.

So in addition to letting you know what horrible customer service this unknown lady provided, I would like that 4th month of $9.95 in erroneous charges credited to my credit card as I was billed in January, February, March, and April, but only credited for three of those months.

Your immediate response and follow up on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
